DrinkAware is an alcohol units calculator and consumption diary. If you want to stop drinking, or just cut down your alcohol intake, then this application can help you. It provides a number of features to make it easy to use allowing users to keep an accurate track of how many alcohol units they consume on a day by day basis. Logged information is summarized by day, week or month, and also color coded to indicate warning and danger thresholds (user definable) which are related to basic medical guidelines (see the NHS Change4Life website for more information). Users can create their own custom drink items which can be logged in the diary in a single action.
